The Diesel fuel tank is the storage for the generator to run. It could be a based mounted fuel tank or it can be a separate above-ground or underground storage tank.
Diesel Generator’s fuel systems must supply the diesel engine with a continuous and clean supply of fuel. Large storage tanks are required when the generator is used to support large commercial establishments or where power outages are frequent and last for long periods of time.
Bulk fuel is usually stored in a large tank, and the fuel is transferred to a smaller, day tank near the engine, by means of an electric motor-driven pump.
The capacity of a bulk storage tank depends on a number of factors that include the nature of business operations, consumption rate, running hours required and the availability of fuel. The amount of product that will be stored is dependent on the expected length of a power outage which in many cases is difficult to predict.
Synchronization / Load sharing panels are used to synchronize multiple generators or generators with mains, mainly designed and used to meet power system requirements where larger power sources and/or power source sustainability are required. The panels can function synchronizing and load sharing both manually and automatically with reliable PLC based smart controllers up to 32 Generators.
The Synchronizing / load sharing panels can be supplied as stand alone for minimum of 2 Generators and up to capacity 10000A (LV System 380V … 480V, 50/60Hz).
Also, Panels can be fixed as build-in to each generator which can give more flexibility specially for Rental applications.
Main components of our Panels are Deepsea Controllers DSE8610mkii, Breakers ABB & Scheider Electric.
ATS is an Automatic Transfer Switch panel, a device that automatically transfers a power supply from its primary source to a backup source when it senses a failure or outage in the primary source. When a failure occurs in a primary power system, the ATS invokes and start-up a Standby diesel generator, to run electric equipment until utility power is restored.
We can offer an ATS from 40A to 3200A, for the following Set-ups
MTS is a Manual Transfer Switch panel, is a type of Transfer Panel used with a diesel generator to switch between the mains and generator in the event of a power failure. Using the Manual Transfer Switch requires you to turn a handle or alternative lever to switch between the Mains and the Generator and to start the generator manually.
We can offer a MTS from 40A to 3200A
A load bank is an electrical test equipment used to simulate an electrical load, to test an electric power source without connecting it to its normal operating load.
Resistive Load bank provides simulated electrical loading for generators and backup power systems. When used as a controlled system test, the load simulates real-life resistive loads, such as incandescent lighting and heating loads as well as the resistive or unity power factor component of magnetic (motors, transformers).
Resistive-Reactive Load Bank contains both resistive elements and inductors that are used to provide load-testing at a lagging Power Factor. This includes the capability to test the generator set fully at 100% kVA rating.
Resistive/reactive loads can simulate the operation of motor loads and electromagnetic devices within a power system.
It can also provide purely resistive loads.
DB is a Distribution Board panel, is a set of MCCBs, MCBs, ELCBs/RCCBs which are installed in a metal box & is used to distribute electrical power to different loads.
It includes Incomer & Outgoings, can be used for different applications like Chillers and A/Cs, Lighting, Motors & Fans, … etc
